- Yes. The Roaming photographer carries an on-camera flash that adapts to lighting conditions and an additional LED battery-powered light on the camera setup. Dim candlelit receptions, dance floors, and dark rooms all work. Outdoor photography is possible, weather conditions allowing. Service across Greater Victoria: hotel ballrooms, gala spaces, brewery event rooms, and corporate venues from Langford to Cowichan.
- How many Roaming photographers do we need for our guest count?
- The standard 3-hour Roaming rental includes one photographer, which comfortably covers up to 200 guests. For events over 200 guests or larger venues with spread-out spaces, we recommend adding a second photographer to make sure everyone gets captured.

- The Roaming photographer arrives an hour before guests, blends in like a guest, and the venue stays as you designed it. If you add the sharing or print station, it has a 2×2 foot footprint and can sit anywhere guests can access it.
