When BCLC and the Downtown Victoria Business Association were looking for something special to anchor their Friday evenings at Lights of Wonder, Victoria's largest free outdoor holiday lights display, they brought in the Vogue Booth. The idea was simple: give families a reason to stop, step inside, and walk away with something they'd actually share.
